Hello, I'm Mirjam Klop. I'm 39 years old and live in Holland in a little village called Brakel, together with my husband Enrico, my son Ian (2004), my daughter Imani (2006) and our dog Diva (she's an English Bulldog). Since 2007 my husband and I have our own company. We make products in stainless steel and aluminium. Most of the products are machinery and shipparts. My husband is responsible for the production and I'm responsible for the work at the office. We have a busy live.
In freetime I like to read, watch televison, especially series on dvd, like 24. I'm also very interested in the world and it's countries, nature, cultures and people and I think postcrossing is a perfect way to learn more about other countries and people. My son is already very interested in the world, so he will also be very excited with postcards from all over the world.

The postcards I prefer are postcards from the environment you are living. If you happen to live near a waterfall and you can find a postcard of it, you would make my son really happy. He really likes waterfalls. We don't have them in Holland, but we spend our summerholidays in Scandinavia (most of the time Sweden,it feels like our second homeland!) and then we try to visite as many waterfalls as possible. What I also like is cards with animals and any kind of funny cards.
However every card is welcome, suprise me.
