About Kayla...
Well, my profile is going to be kind of long, it seems, but don't worry. I'm not too demanding about the postcards you send!
First, a little about me: I am 22 years old and I live in South-East London, about twenty minutes from the city centre. Apart from sending and receiving postcards, I also enjoy fashion (check out my looks!) reading, listening to music, going to cafés, cooking, baking, going for walks, looking out of windows and drinking coffee (a.m.o.) I also like rainy days, the 19th century, empires, art nouveau...
---------------------------------------------------------
When you're writing a postcard for me, you can write in any of the languages in my profile, it doesn't have to be just English. I'm always up for a little practice in other languages! As far as the front side goes, I'd love to receive (in random order):
1. postcards of different cities / towns anywhere in the world. Preferably, of course, from where you live, but if you happen to be on a trip to a nice place on the other side of the planet, you can also send a card from there! If you have any self-printed cards from where you live, I'd love one! But any card is okay.
2. cards of French Bulldogs
3. black and white cards, vintage cards or reprints of vintage cards / ads / posters...
4. postcards of your royal family (current or historical) - that is, if you have one (if you're from a Commonwealth country and have a card of the Queen, I'd be happy with it too!).
5. postcards with anything connected to fashion, esp. vintage or old-fashioned clothes. Really, anything - even just people wearing something you find interesting.
6. dark, obscure, scary, weird or unusual cards... basically the kind of thing you don't know who to send it to!
7. cards with anything to do with Judaism, Hebrew language / script (not necessarily Israel, though, it can be something from your country)
Receiving one of these cards would really make me happy; however, if you decide to send a completely different kind of card, it's also fine and I will also be happy, because I just like getting postcards! I will definitely register all cards I receive, so don't worry! However, if I can have one tiny request, I would rather not receive cards of babies or children, for personal reasons.
NOTE TO FINNISH POSTCROSSERS: I am trying to collect cards of the Great Cathedral in Helsinki (Tuomiokirkko, the white one) - so if you have one, feel free to send it! It will make me very happy!
----------------------------------------------------------
NB: I can't scan my cards anymore so if you want yours to appear on the wall, please scan it before sending!
