Hello Postcrossers !
My name is Frederique and I'm a 32 year old girl from Brussels, Belgium.
My hobbies are reading (mostly thriller and mystery) and watching movies (my favorite movies are "films noirs" from the 40's and 50's and I'm a huge Hitchock fan)
... ok that's pretty common as hobbies I guess :)
I also love traveling, history (Middle Ages and Renaissance) and all forms of art (going to exhibition or museum when I'm visiting other countries).
It would be great if I could receive cards that show :
- some art or illustration from your country (traditionnal illustration, children book illustrations, vintage photo or art, paintings, ...)
- landscapes, nature, mountains, canyons, desert, rivers, seaside, forests and trees (I live in the city so I really miss nature :( )
- traditional clothes, hats, patterns, ... from your country
I also like postcards of
- (old) libraries, museum
- middle age or renaissance paintings, modern art
- churches (especially Russian ones), typical buildings and houses
- Anna Hollerer and Kliban's cats
But really, any card that you find pretty would be great !!
I'm really interested in other cultures so please tell me about yourself, your life, what's on the card you send me. Or you can tell me about culinary specialities from your area, or your favourite book ... anything really !
