Hello from sunny Florida! I am 51 years old, married for 26 years with two sons, Dave, 21, is in computer school and Rob, 24, is in law school. My husband and I have a second home in the mountains of North Carolina. We like to travel and have seen most of the United States, many Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Canada, and England.
Being a Floridian, I love the beach and sunshine. My way to find calmness is to imagine warm sun on my face. It is so nice to walk on the beach early in the morning after the tide goes out and find pretty shells and shark's teeth! I enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving. Although we do not get snow in Florida, we do in North Carolina, and I can ski.
I am amazed with nature and wildlife, camping, hiking, museums and history, or just listening to the birds outside. I like to quilt and just learned to knit and crochet. I am a happy and cheerful person and have a good life.
I work as a tour guide during the spring, and I accompany groups of high school marching bands to the USA Capital - Washington DC, the windy big city Chicago, ocean cruises to the Caribbean Islands, and also near my home in Orlando to Disney World and Universal Studios (over and over and over again!).
I prefer postcards will fit in a photo album. I like anything that you feel represents your area or yourself. I like things that make me laugh too.
