He has been a member for 11 months (326 days).I'm 40, and live with my partner in Windsor, which is a suburban town and tourist destination in Berkshire, England. It is best known as the site of Windsor Castle. The town is situated 21 miles (34 km) west of Charing Cross, London. It is immediately south of the River Thames, which forms its boundary with Eton.
I tend to upload my received cards to the PostCrossing FaceBook group - so keep an eye out for your card to appear!
I work in London and, during the summer, spend quite a few evenings being a volunteer steward at the (Shakespeare's) Globe Theatre on Bankside in London (www.shakespeares-globe.org).
I'm involved in Scouting - helping to look after a number of UK Scout Groups based in locations around the world from the Falkland Islands to Malaysia via the United Arab Emirates (http://www.scoutbase.org.uk/ps/inter/uk/bga/index.htm) and also looking after the finances of a UK Scout Holiday Homes Trust (http://www.scoutbase.org.uk/hq/holhomes/).
I also act on 'Joy Swifts Original Murder Weekends' (www.murder.co.uk). [If you have read this far before starting to write your card, then please write on your postcard in pencil only if possible so we may use your card as a clue in a future plot. But don't worry about it - just my peculiarity! Thank you!]
(Oh, and my partner, Trudy, would like to receive Moomin cards from Finland!! But again, please do not worry if this is not possible - after all, it is the act of swapping postcards that is the purpose of the site)
