Hi,
My name is Marthijn. I'm 40 years old, married with Ilonka (also a postcrosser) and I have 2 beautiful daughters. Vonne is 4 years old and Nena is 1 year old. So at this moment I am one of the most happiest man in the world!
I've got several hobby's:
1) Railways, Tramways, city buses. I like to take pictures of them, and also travelling around the world.
2) Collecting coins. I often go to coin fairs in the Netherlands and Belgium, looking for a nice item to add to my collection.
2-1/2) Entering euro-banknotes at www.eurobilltracker.tk. I'll try to get as much hits as I can. At this moment I've entered over 22000 notes and I've got a hitratio of 1:139. I'm number 2 of Eindhoven, number 83 of the Netherlands and number 638 of the world. Latest hit: 19-4-2012, 5 Euro serial number starting with X2569 Kaldenkirchen (D) - Eindhoven; 48 km in 32 days.
3) Travelling. I like to travel around the world, prefer by train, but by car is mostly more practical. I like cities more than the countryside.
4) Soccer. Mostly PSV Eindhoven. I think no more explanation is neccessary.
5) Doing things with my family.
In normal day I work in a supermarket. It's a nice job and I see a lot of people the whole day.
The reason I've joined this site in November 2010 is that you can make people happy by doing a simple thing: Sending a postcard (and get one back).
If possible I like to receive postcards with cityviews or with public transport items. Surprise me!
