Hello citizens around the world,
My name is Marjan, I'm 19 years old. I live in Assen that's a 'small' town in The Netherlands with approximately 60.000 citizens. I like to travel. Last year I went to Nepal, to volunteer. I went to a school and hospital! Learned a lot, and had lot's of fun! I'm dyslectic, so I'm sorry for the incorrect spelling and grammar. Doesn't mean I'm stupid though. I study Philosophy at the University of Groningen. Named the RUG. I play Korfbal, which is a lovely sport and very populair in The Netherlands. You can compare it with Nettbal from England. It's a mixed sport (boys and girls). And I love snowboarding, trekking in the mountains. I'm very eager to learn, especially about cultures of countries in the world. Enough about me!
If you send a postcard, I love to know how you live, where you live and what your intrestss are. Also a few words in your own language would be nice (with translation even better!). I like also postcards with suroundings or activities, or cards with some culture essence. I dislike Winney the Pooh, Flowers or other standart cards, because I can buy them here aswell. But If you only have Winney the Pooh, I rather get some than none. =)
