Hi there!
My name is Maria and I'm from the Netherlands. I live in a town near Eindhoven. Not many people know this, but this region, called Brainport, was world's smartest region 2011! :)
I just love figure skating, it's my passion! Some of my friends even say I'm totally addicted/obsessed! ;)
I also love photograpy.

My mother is Russian so I can speak (but not fluently) and understand Russian. I can also read Russian, but that takes lots of effort so I need exercise. So if you're Russian or if you speak Russian, please write your postcard in Russian! I can't write Russian myself, so you'll never get a Russian reply from me. A pity, isn't it?

You can write me something about your country or your personal life if you'd like to. I really like cooking and baking, so feel free to tell me a recipe if you want to. :) Or you can tell me about your music taste. I like (indie) rock. For example, I love bands like Moss, You Say France & I Whistle, Blur, The Black Keys, OK Go, Florence + The Machine, Of Monsters And Men and Ewert And The Two Dragons. I'll be happy with any postcard I receive. You don't really have to stick to my preferences. Surprise me and have fun writing the postcard!

I always try to register the postcard within the day I received it. Please contact me if I did not register your postcard (when the traveling time is getting really long...)!
