Olá everyone! Bem-vindos! (Welcome!)
I'm Margarida, nineteen and I'm from Portugal, but right now I'm living in London, UK - I came here as an Exchange student, studying at King's College London, and I'll be here for the next six months. I got the postcards&letter bug on my seventh grade, through my French teacher and an unsuccessful attempt to write to a Swedish student (so, yes, I'm quite ressentful, Swedes! ;D).

I know this project is for postcard-swapping purposes, but I invite those of you who get my address and ARE interested to write me a letter too! I couldn't be more happy!

I am a great fan of History, Philosophy, International Relations&Politics (which I'm currently studying) and Languages.
Cinema and books are a great passion, along with animals.
ALL postcards are welcome, but I leave you with some suggestion:

- Castles/Ruins
- Oceans/Lakes/Rivers/Forrests/Meadows/Sky...
- Handmade!
- Flowers (in geral, but poppies, daises and sunflowers are particularly desired!)
- Wars
- People (in traditional costums or not) - just people...living the life!
- Animals (of all sorts, but if you happen to have one with birds...even if it's a pidgeon!)

(My birthday, as I think you can see, is on the 16th August, so birthday cards would make my day! :D)

Really, there are mere suggestions, get creative ;D I'll be happy with anything you send me - my criteria is usually "Would I like if someone sent this postcard to me?"
