Hi, we are the Middleton-Lidbetter's, a home educating family living in England, United Kingdom, along the south coast in a small seaside town. We joined Postcrossing.com as a fun way for our children to learn about other countries and cultures.
We are marking the place of origin of each postcard we get sent on a huge world map on our dining room wall!

We would like to receive postcards that show the area that the sender lives in to give our children a better idea of the places we are getting mail from. Maps, scenic pictures, local life, Museum cards (cards from a museum) or wildlife - use your imagination! Please do not send us advertisement postcards or hand made ones and also be aware that the picture needs to be suitable for children!!

It would be lovely if you could write a little bit on it too, something about you, your day or where you live, a random quote or just something you saw that day that made you smile - We like to think that even on the worst of days, if you look hard enough you can find something that makes your heart smile again. However silly that may be.

Feel free to write little bits in your language too, it will be great for my children and I to translate it and become better acquainted with other languages.
