Hi!
This profile I made for my stepmother Lydia. She actually is the best stepmum in the world! She loves receiving cards and I love to send the cards. In the favourites you can see some types of cards that she likes, she hasn't received them yet!

She is a remedial teacher and she loves books like Tolkien, Harry Potter and everything written by Terry Pratchett.

She will like these cards:

- cats in art (f.e. Rosina Wachtmeister cats)

- art deco / Jugendstil

- old or vintage/retro posters (commercial or political propaganda) - can be with photos or drawings

- old/vintage/retro magazine covers - photo or drawn

- blue! It's her favourite color

- history, she used to be a history teacher and she reads history novels all the time. Card with explanation stories will be appreciated, she always likes to learn something new. If you send a view of a building (of something else), she would love a little history lesson on the back! Or you can send a historical figure and tell about her or him on the back.

- cheerful cards with happy colors

- Inge Löök - she loves the old ladies A LOT!!! (She already received 10: the one under the table with books, 21: the one in bed with a book, the one with the house-with-fence)

- things that remind of summer holiday: tropical beaches, blue-white Greek houses,

- winnie the pooh (esp. with quote) but not disney!!! Only the ones drawn by E.Shepard :-)

- rode kater van Jan, Jans en de Kinderen

But she is happy with every card! Feel free to add something small to your mail. She is a very special person, she deserves it :).
