I'm a 23-year-old linguistics major who loves language. I just returned from a trip to Finland that I'd been saving for for some time and absolutely loved it. I hope to do more traveling soon =) I'd love to see postcards that show:

-Landscapes
-Architecture, especially castles, ruins, and cathedrals
-Northern lights
-Animals, like wolves, reindeer, dogs, giraffes, mice, owls, etc.
-Bayeux Tapestry (if you live in France and send me a postcard of the tapestry I will be so happy!!!)
-Trees, flowers
-Anything having to do with Alice in Wonderland
-Anything tea-related, teacups, teapots, etc.
-Books, stylistic writing
-Food, regional cuisine, cakes, pastries
-Clocks, clockwork, steampunk
-Hot air balloons, airships, trains
-Any postcards from Suomenlinna sea fortress, since it was one of my favorite places that I visited while in Helsinki =)

I'll love anything you send me but if you can't decide on what card to pick hopefully this will help =)

Outside of languages another of my major hobbies is baking and cooking. If you wanted to share a recipe of one of your favorite desserts I'd be happy to take it! And in exchange I could send you one of mine =) I'd be happy to learn anything about you: your favorite music, movies, books, pastimes, what your hometown is like, etc. Or just how your day's going, if you'd like.

Write me a little something in your native language too! With the translation of course =)
