Hi,
I'm 33 years old and have studied Social Science and Gerontology at the University of Heidelberg. At the moment I work at the Institute of Gerontology at University Heidelberg. I'm doing research at a project about Thalidomid-affected people (a big drug-scandal in Germany in early 1960s)and how they will have prematurly after-effects through the drug. It's something that gives you the feeling about doing something right and I'm very happy for gotten this chance.
I love to read; at home I've a lot of books, about 1000 I think. My new hobby is called geocaching. Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices. The basic idea is to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, outdoors and then share your experiences online. It's great, I really have fun with my friends out there searching.
I've two indoor cats, but one of them still thinks after seven years she is a dog. She kills my shoes and comes when I whistle...
Mannheim, the place, where I live, is a nice town, much ways to have fun, go shopping or have some culture and we have a great nightlife here.
