About Jen...

I´m a half scottish, half german gal living and working in Verl, Germany.
Verl is a tiny town in the north of the state North Rhine-Westphalia, which is the westernmost and most populous state of Germany.

Like everyone else I love music. In my case this means Death Metal and Progressive Rock.
If someone were to ask me, what I love most apart from family and friends, the answer will always be the same. BOOKS
I´m a book addict. I read way over 100 books a year and I buy them faster then I could ever possibly read them.
My humor tends to be a little black, probably one of the reasons I loved watching The Sopranos and still love watching Dexter. I´m also a big Doctor Who and Top Gear Fan. Good thing you don´t have to be really interested in cars to laugh about James May.

Of course I´m happy about every card I receive, but maybe you have cards with a picture of the city, state or country you´re living in. Or perhaps something weird, unusual or funny. I also like frogs, the colours green/purple and childrens TV/cartoon series.

Skip the envelope, I would prefer my cards stamped and written on. That´s more personal. I see postcrossing as a great opportunity to learn a bit about other people, places and cultures. So please write something/anything about yourself or your country. The more the better. But if words don´t come naturally to you, maybe you have a cookie or cake recipe you would like to share with me. One you love or that is typical for your region.
EVERY postcard you send will be much appreciated. You´ve put work into picking one and writing it, therefore I will love it!

Liebe Grüße Jen
