I'm a born&bred PROUD South-African.
Some of my favourite things include:
- Dancing (currently taking ballroom lessons with my husband)
- Reading (especially cookbooks & magazines)
- Writing (updating my blog, whenever I remember too)
- Playing The Sims (I'm a bit of an addict...)
- Cooking (I love trying out new recipes especially from other countries)
Types of cards I like:
* cards that show off something very typical to your country (i.e Geishas in Japan, the Eiffel Tower in France, Windmills in The Netherlands etc).
* colourful cards
* country flags
* wacky/funny cards
* traditional clothing of your country
* famous landmarks
* anything with penguins on - my husband loves them
* handmade cards
* black & white photos
* arty cards
* If you can find a card featuring The Beatles, that would be awesome!
I'd love to hear about:
* a traditional recipe from your country
* your favourite food
* a great book to read
* one of your passions
* write me something in your language (with translation)
I'm also trying to learn Spanish, as I've always been fascinated by the culture of South-America - one of my dreams is to travel there one day. So a card in Spanish would be really cool!
