Hello! Salut! Hola!
My name is Ana & I'm 26 years old. I live in DeKalb, IL USA (approx 2 hrs West from Chicago) where barbed wire was invented and mass produced. My small little city during the summer is surrounded by corn, and as it turns out...we also have a corn festival to celebrate--you guessed it--corn!
About Me: I work for a company as an administrative assistant/office manager. Ideally, I'd like to get into mortuary science/medical pathology as you're sure to have a job for life, you know you can't avoid death or taxes! -right?- I went to school for business in health administration and nursing, but the nursing thing didn't work out so well.
My motto in life is to enjoy your Heydays. Heydays = These days of course, are the most magical, hottest times of your life--no matter what age box you check, or if you're married, single, gay or straight. Your heyday begins when you stop having a pity party & decide that you're hot & worth all the fun in the world. You will look back one day & shake your head & giggle, remembering all of the fun, crazy, ridiculous times you had during your heydays. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT LIFE'S ALL ABOUT!
I'm a Chicago fan all the way! This includes cheering for the Cubs, Blackhawks & Bears (Sorry Sox fans!). I play volleyball, tennis, badminton, swimming and do Zumba Fitness. I also enjoy going to the movies & sleeping in whenever I get the chance as well as going out to a tapas bar.
Postcards I like: City views, multi views, landscapes, art, UNESCO, cultural attire, Machu Picchu, 7 Wonders of the world, food, museums, handmade, mailboxes etc. ***For anyone in the UK I'd love to receive a postcard about the Royal Wedding, I will send you kisses!**
In the end whatever YOU would like send, I will be very happy to receive it!
