I love to write letters, I have since I was a little girl. I mostly guilt trip my friends into being my penpals, so I love the idea of this project. I love sending postcards, and check my mailbox eagerly every day!
I'm a seamstress, milliner (hat maker), costumer, and a fashion design and patternmaking student.
I have my own business making hats, clothing, and accessories - mostly of the burlesque variety.
What I send is what I like - weird, ironic, funny, and often vintage cards. I like to make cards when I have time - usually with some sort of textile or found object.
I'd love postcards on any theme. Some fond requests...
Chickens (I love them!!), bicycles, Sewing, fashion, Pin-Up Girls, Burlesque, Oddities, Risque cards, Vintage images, just plain weird/strange, jokes, ... anything really.
