I am not a new postcrossing user, in fact, I have returned after cancelling all my accounts (I had three, to be honest). Now my life seems to leave me some time for this wonderful hobby and I hope that I will get to know nice and lovely and interesting people...
Moreover, I am still looking for serious penpals all over the world. I would love to get to know somebody from Scandinavia again, but any other country is fine as well and you will have a guaranteed answer.
