About Kirsten...

Hello, my name is Kirsten. I was a teacher for 36 years - I retired in October 2011. I taught young children Danish and English.
I'm married to Ole, have two grown-up daughters and four grandchildren - number five is actually on its way! One of my daughters live in Israel, she is married to an Israeli.
I like reading novels (not crime), music, travelling - I love England, especially Yorkshire and London, and I sing in a choir (www.kvindekoretcrescendo.dk or YouTube) - have done for 30 years.

¤ First and foremost I would just love to receive ART postcards (any kind).

¤ Cards with some relation to music and composers.

¤ Cards with some relation to books and authors.

¤ UNESCO World Heritage sites.

¤ Wild birds - I feed the birds in my garden all year round, and I have spotted 23 different species so far.

¤ Postcards from your town/city/country. (E.g. castles, cathedrals, churches, temples, mosques, street views, opera houses, bridges, landscapes.)

But I will of course treasure any and every card I receive!
