About Katerina...
I live in the Czech Republic and am currently a full-time mom, staying at home with our two little girls (one born in summer 2007 and the other in winter 2010). We like doing lots of things as a family - we enjoy sports (swimming, hiking, skiing), cultural events (theater, movies, now also costume balls and parties for little kids-not so much by choice :-)), music (I like all kinds of music, depending on the mood I am in, however, currently kids songs are the most frequent thing I am listening to - again not so much by choice, but who could resist when the little girl says:"Mom, my songs...plEAse" :-)). I also love traveling and reading.
I like meeting new people from all around the world. I find it exciting to learn about their countries, traditions, languages, culture etc. Since my possibilities to meet new people are limited now when I am at home (the chance you meet someone else than little kids and their busy mothers at a playground or in the swimming course for babies is basically non-existent :-)), I am happy I found out about postcrossing. It gives me the chance to keep in contact with the world. It's simply great!
I am not too picky and I like all kinds of cards (I prefer photos of your town, landscapes or sights, also vintage/retro cards are great, however, as I said anything will do). And I am always thrilled to receive a card where you write something about you, your day, your traditions, the picture on the postcard, something in your language etc. It is always great to get to know you a bit from the text you write. Thank you very much!
ON MARCH 25, I RECEIVED A NICE CARD FROM OSLO FROM KERSHH, however, there is no ID on the card. Please let me know the ID so that I can register the card. Many thanks!
