About Jantien...

I'm a 26 year old Dutch girl, living together with my husband, baby son and poodle and we have three horses. I quit my job to be a full-time mom and if I can be honest with you...I think this is a 24/7 strenuous job, but also a fun one. My interests are horses and making small dolls out of felt. I really can enjoy other people's creativity, it makes me smile and appreciate life. I have Aspergers Syndrome and think autism isn't a disease, but just another way to look at the world.

I attend Norwegian classes for four years now. So if you are (or speak) Norwegian I would really like you to write in your own language so I can practice :-)

I would love to receive a card that has something to do with your country. For example advertising, people, filmcards of a national production, food/drinks, some national popular cartoon or person, cities/architecture or nature. Tourist cards are welcome too, as well as handmade cards or ad-cards (for a change ;-) I think it's great to see another country's advertising!). I also love unusual, funny and weird cards, black & white or artistic photography and vintage images. Feel free to be creative!

It would be great if you told me something about yourself, for example how your day was, what you like or why you chose the card you sent me. Or maybe you can tell me some odd or funny detail, something about your country, a travel-tip or a quote or saying you like? Anything you can think of... I love stickers, papertape, (ink)stamps, drawings, etc. so if that's your style don't hold back!

I appreciate every card I receive! ^_^
