About July...

Hello!
I'm a Siberian girl who has been brought here and is freezing to death in winters... Oh, these severe Siberian winters - they are really hard to stand. So cold, so monochromic - white sky, white ground and snow-white people.
Summers are absolutely different - it's amazing how the world here is changing in summers! Sun is a great Magician here, it is like a drop of paint added to a glass of pure water and colouring the whole of it …
So, I am just patiently waiting for the summer to come :)

I absolutely love postcards - they remind me of my childhood when I was running every morning to the postbox outside the house to see if any card arrived. In the Soviet times people loved sending postcards - mostly on holidays of course. Now the tradition is almost gone but I think everybody secretely misses it.
So, I'm very happy to participate in this great project.

I love swaps and I like wishlists - they make life easier on the one hand and are extremely challenging on the other because you have to take every effort to find a great postcard here in Siberia. I'm picking up every card so carefully - just for one person in the whole world :)
so, I'm expecting the same devotion to the project from the other participants :)

UK - Royal Wedding, symbols, traditions, landmarks or map cards. I know tourist cards may sound boring to you, but believe me they will be appreciated by those who learn your language and culture.
