Hello!
First, I am crazy about receiving real postcards, E-cards I don't like too much! So that's why I joined Postcrossing
I am Marleen, and I live at the coast region in the south-west of the Netherlands. I live at a small farm, together with my boyfriend.
We love animals and landscape very much. At our small farm we live together with 7 cats ( Norwegian Forest cats, Somalis ,Ragdoll and oriental longhair cat)Two giant rabbits, and about 150 birds! Most of them are small parrots, so-called lovebirds. They are living in four very big volieres. See our website if you want to know more about these birds.
My horse lives at a stable near the sea. I enjoy nature every day when I take my horse out for a ride to the beach, dunes and woods.
I love to explore nature in the world, and to see animals in their natural habitats (wildlife or beautiful tropical birds), I've been to countries in Europe, Africa, North and South America.
I LIKE TO SEE SOMETHING FROM YOUR COUNTRY IN YOUR POSTCARD!
What beautyfull things does your country/region or city have to offer when I would go there?
Such as;
* animals from your country (wildlife, tropical birds, or horses)
* if your country has a special breed of horses, of special sports or so with horses, I'd like to see! ( for example camarque horses of France, Andalusian horses from Spain)
* beautiful landscapes,
* costal lines
* cityview or a famous building,
* natural parks, castles, bridges
* I like cards with the name from the country/city/region on it
* Please NO handmade cards and NO free or ad-cards
Please write THE DATE and something about it, why it's so beautiful or what's so typical about it. A greeting in your native language is also welcome, please include a translation :-)
And if your country has stamps with animals.. I would be happy to see on the back of your postcard
