Hi everyone! I am a college art/art history graduate and love photography and history. I am the "tech girl" for a library on a university campus here in Maine. I have been putting my postcards on my office wall where everyone can see them, university staff, library staff and any students that come my way.

Postcards are a perfect way to get photos of new and various places as well as see some things around the world I will probably never get to see in person. Although I really would like a chance to travel the world. It is also an excellent way to get real mail instead of email. With real mail I also get to receive some new stamps to add to my stamp collection!

I prefer, but it is not necessary, if you are sending me a postcard, please send me something that represents you and/or where you are from. I am interested in seeing the landscapes or things that are specific to your area. Important architecture, landmarks, wildlife, etc. Even things that don't seem so "important" but represent you. And of course, all postcards are welcome no matter what!

I would also be interested in knowing what kinds of cultural things are in your area such as, sports, fishing (which is important for parts of my area) farming, food, art, types of important industries, what kinds of languages are spoken there, etc.
