ABOUT MY HOMETOWN:
Dortmund is a city in Germany, located in the Bundesland (state) of North-Rhine-Westphalia. Its population of about 600.000 makes it the largest city in the region, 7th-largest in Germany and 34th-largest in the European Union.
It is a place with lots of old coal-mines and steel mills. All this had a big influence on the (industrial/historical)look of the city.
It is a place of contrasts though as more than 40% of Dortmund consist of green spaces. This make it the greenest city in this area.
> Last year the "Loveparade" (a popular festival and parade) was held in Dortmund with more than 1.6 Mio visitors.

ABOUT ME:
Well, I am kind of a "workaholic" *g* and I enjoy my job pretty much (IT-Business/Marketing)...
The most important man in my life is my German Shepherd dog Ramses. :o)
I collect fairy figurines and other fantasy stuff (I even have a fairy tattoo on my left shoulder blade), enjoy shopping (esp. shoes and bags *g*), penpalling and reading...
I would love to find some interesting long letter pen pals through this. Let me know if you're interested. :o)
