I live in Waalwijk, a place near 's-Hertogenbosch, the capitol of the province Noord-Brabant.

In the summer I like walking and riding on my bike, in the National Park "De Loonse en Drunense Duinen" , just a few kilometers from where I live.

In the winter I like reading novels, detective books and thrillers and watching detectivefilms on tv.

Travelling by train and making city-trips are interesting things.
So is surfing on the internet and sending emails to my friends, and, of course, sending and receiving postcards!

If possible, please send me postcards with the size
10 x 15 cm (4 inch x 6 inch), so the cards will fit
in my album.

Cards I like most are:
- map-cards of your country or state
(West Virginia and North Dakota I don't have yet)
- lighthouses of your country
- calendar-cards of your country or state
(when the calendar on the postcard is not of this year: that is fine too)

I also like cards of
- historical places
- interesting people or buildings
- art, I am an great admirer of Frida Kahlo!
- (children's) book-illustrations
- Russian matryoshkas
- city views / nightviews of the place where you live
- trains and railwaystations

I don't collect stamps but I just like nice stamps on the postcard or envelope.
