I live in a sleepy little town between a national park and the Indian Ocean. We were quite a secret until recently when developers moved in. The town is changing rapidly but the azure of the ocean and the magic of the forest remain. I teach senior secondary school an hour away and travel each day but breathe a sigh of relief when I drive home through the tall trees and spy the sea. I adore animals and own an elderly lady dog which I rescued 2 years ago. I am owned by a demanding 3-legged feline! It's a joy, really. The weekends are just for me, family and friends when we snorkel, swim, bushwalk and eat, drink and be merry! My son and his partner are living in Magdeburg, Germany where they are teaching English. Very exciting for them as they are young and adventurous! I'm looking forward to visiting them in October.
