Hi, everyone!
My name is Leyla, I'm 18 years old and I'm a second-year student of the faculty of English Philology at Moscow State University (branch of Baku). So, as you could have guessed, I'm going to be a translator from English into Russian language. Especially I'm interested in translations of films, but my core specialization is translations of legal issues.
As for literature, at this very period of time:) I love Stephen Fry (in particular, "The Liar", genial novel) and Max Fry.
In music in general I prefer folk, rock, folk-rock and metal, my favourite bands are Rammstein, In Extremo, Oomph and charming Latvian band Brainstorm.
I'm also fond of smart and amusing Britain and American tv-shows, such as House M.D., Grey's Anatomy, Merlin, Torchwood, e.t.c.
And, by all means, I believe the best thing a human being can ever experience is traveling a lot.
Therefore Postcrossing amazed me with it's smart and simple way of communicating between various people from different countries :)
So I would love to receive any card you sent to me! Although most of all I'd like to have landscape cards. But not necessarily. You can also write anything you wish about yourself, you hobbies, you country... Anything at all :) I'm really interested.
