About Sini-tuulia...

I have been inactive on my account for a couple of years now due to the fact that we have relocated to Nepal. Coming on holidays and really missing a postal service that operates smoothly and efficiently, I'm activating this account for a while. Don't be surprised if you receive a card from Nepal but with a Finnish stamp on it :)

Here are some preferences for cards to be received, but honestly, any cards are welcome!

- vintage, or old postcards, any era(really love them!), even used ones!
- people, especially children, old people, lovers, women, dancers..
- art, old film posters, book covers etc.
- anything unusual/weird/surprising
- self-made cards much appreciated - use your creativity!
- anything particular to your country/place you live in, landscapes/city views
- trains and other means of transport, post-related stuff, details of buildings (such as windows, etc.)

The old profile (with outdated information) is below, but you can also check out our Nepal-profile.

*******************

We are a family of three. At the moment we live in Turku, on a southwest coast of Finland. We have also lived in zambia, Estonia and Lithuania.

I am 30 years old and work in the humanitarian field.

My son is 9-year old schoolboy. He goes to a Turku international school. He is also a scout and loves outdoors.

My daughter is 5-years old and goes to kindergarten. She is very sociable and likes to play outdoors with her many friends. She is very creative and takes an interest in doing her own art work.

We like to travel as much as we can and learn about new places and people around the world. We all like reading a lot, spending time in our little garden in the summer time and having day trips and picnics etc. And receiving mail of course.

Any cards are welcome! Both the children also collect stamps and so, if you have any lying around to spare we also appreciate used stamps sent to us!
