We live in a small town in southern Manitoba, Canada, surrounded by agricultural land as far as the eye can see. Our Golden Retriever, Jake, was born on a small farm not 20 km from here. He loves his walks, chasing sticks and (in winter) rolling in the snow. Our three kids are all off to university but close enough that they can come home on weekends to do laundry and enjoy some home-cooked meals.
The Winter Olympics that Canada recently hosted renewed my curiosity about countries that we have yet to visit. So until we're free to begin exploring the globe again, I see Postcrossing as a way to hear news, and about everyday life, from around the world. Looking forward to postcards and intriguing postage . . . whatever you choose to send.
