I was born in May 1958 and love collecting postcards. In fact I am probably a postcardoholic !

Please, if you can, send your card in an envelope (unless it would cost you more). Reasons for this request are two fold -
1) Somewhere in our postal system the cards go through automatic sorting machines which usually leave a nasty white mark on the card - yuk !
2) The stamps from the envelopes will mainly go to a good postcrossing friends collection, or to charity (Transport ones and Russian ones go to ME !)- so none get wasted.

What do I collect ? Now there is a question. Before I talk about what I especially like, let me just say that in general I love all postcards, and would be happy just to get a card.

In general my real likes are not always the tourist type viewcards, but more cards like Art Unlimited, Tushita, Bildrich, Nouvelles Images, and the very many cards along those lines. Pretty well anything transport related especially bus or tram, shaped cards, anything to do with Heraldry, multiples, vintage advert reprints and many others. A look at my flickr will help you decide.
I LOVE SQUARE SHAPED CARDS :)
My latest favourites are cards with pens, pencils or anything to do with the lost art of writing.
I would be over the moon to receive cards published by edition filou & sophie.
OMG I just love most things :):)

Dislikes - home made, free ad cards, cards with a religious message, gay cards and boring untitled views. Note that these are just my card collecting preferences, not my view on life - no offence is meant to anyone.

As a final sentence - I like to think of this wonderful hobby as being FUN - so have a wonderful time with postcrossing everyone.
