♥☆ A B O U T M E ~
Hello~! I'm a nineteen year old university student living in New York City and studying fashion design at the Pratt Institute. I'm originally from South Florida and still live there for half the year, so for part of the year I send postcards from New York and the other part I send them from Florida.

I work in costume design and sew a lot of my own clothes. I have a huge sweet tooth and cook quite a bit, in addition to swing dancing (I'm still learning!) and cosplaying in my spare time.

I really enjoy reading (my favorite books are Shirley Jackson's We Have Always Lived in the Castle & Francesca Lia Block's Weetzie Bat books), history, anything from the 1950's, Japanese decoden, anything strawberry/cherry scented, fashion/costume history, retro & vintage items, magical realism, practicing yoga, international street fashion, Japanese lolita styles, Americana, the color pink, purikura photobooths, travelling (I've been to almost every state in the US and have been abroad a couple of times), and jazz, swing, and big band music.

I LOVE movies, and my favorites are Back to the Future, Heathers, Kiki's Delivery Service, The Cat Returns (I love all Hayao Miyazaki movies, though!), Meet Me In St. Louis, Some Like It Hot, Funny Face, and Marie Antoinette. In terms of television, I'm currently watching Twin Peaks, Black Mirror, The IT Crowd, and Dexter. I love David Lynch so if you ever find a Twin Peaks postcard I would be happy for the rest of my life if you sent it to me!!

♥☆ P O S T C A R D S ~
I love unusual cards with absolutely anything you'd like written on it, be it the top five songs in your country right now, a poem, lyrics to your favorite song, or a secret of yours. Art cards, handmade cards, and unique ad cards are preferred over landscapes, but I'm happy to receive anything! I love Hindu art, movie cards, cosplay cards, cards with fairies/pixies on it, Sanrio items (and other cute/kawaii things), and photo cards. Also, I'd love letters! It doesn't always have to be postcards! Anything you send I'm happy to receive - be as creative as you want to!
