Hi there,

I'm from the Netherlands.
I signed up after reading about postcrossing in a newspaper. I think it is a great way to get to know more about the world!

I live in Dordrecht. I'm working as a surgery nurse, which I enjoy very much. In October I'll start working in a new hospital.
My pets are a parakeet called Pino and two goldfish. I'm not a fan of cats and dogs.
I love bright colours and my favourite colour ever is purple (cards with something purple would be great)!

I love to travel around the world. Some of the countries I have been to are France, Italy, Spain, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand and Cuba. My most recent trip went to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and Belize! I love the sun but also like to go skiing.

Going to a musical or a concert, making (digital) photoalbums of all the things I've taken pictures of are among things I like to do as well as going out for dinner together with my sister, friends or family. Or trying to cook new recipies myself.

Looking forward to receiving lots and lots of cards trough postcrossing! (Vintage cards, royalties, presidents, flags, poster cards, black&white, purple cards or oldfashioned cards would be great!)

I don't like cards of cats, dogs or drawings/paintings.
