About Marianne...

I live in Turku, Finland with my fiance and our two dachshunds.

I enjoy reading, listening to music, playing games (I love Super Mario and the Sims) and just spending time with my friends. I'm interested in sci-fi, folklore, fantasy, legends and fairytales. I'm also a huge fan of Neil Gaiman and the Monty Pythons.

I love bright colours and I prefer single view postcards, but I'm not too picky so every card is welcome. If my wish list seems too difficult, just pick a card you like yourself, I'm sure it will be treasured. :)

I especially love..
* space or sky, the moon, the stars, planets
* dusk, twilight, dawn, sunset, sunrise, any unusual light
* fairies, trolls, dragons, fantasy art
* cemeteries, dark or morbid things, forgotten places
* people, street views, traditions, costumes
* animals, esp. birds and fish
* beautiful nature views
* pictures from under water
* strange postcards you never found anyone to send them to
* anything geeky or nerdy
* I know this a long shot, but if anyone out there has cards of Buffy the Vampire slayer, Monty Pythons, Gilmore Girls or Babylon 5 tv series... they would send me through the roof.
* I love the Russian "Travellers in the land of dreams" postcards! In fact, anything that's related to dreams is special for me. :)

* Nice stamps are always appreciated, if you happen to have any at hand

I prefer to get my postcards written, stamped and without an envelope, if that's possible.
