G'day from Queensland. Unfortunately from today (3 April 2011) I will no longer be able to do private swaps of cards.One of the main reasons is postage has risen again in Australia & also my spare time is limited these days!! Thank you for the swaps over the past few months.
I was born in New Zealand (lived in Tauranga) & came to Queensland Australia in 1973.I live just north of Brisbane city.
I have 2 children (Michelle & Michael) & 5 grandchildren.
I work for a large supermarket company.
My hobbies are Scrapbooking with photos, sewing, watching movies & I love horses & animals & spending time with family, & now new hobby-- looking at all the great postcards on the wall! I certainly have favoured many!!
I have traveled to Thailand & Singapore & plan to do some more traveling one day.
I am interested how the local people do live in their country.
I will enjoy any postcards with scenes or any icons or local people from your country or animals etc. I am happy to receive any postcard so looking forward to hearing from you. Hint..hint I love Elvis..he's the best..!!
Sometimes I return to NZ to visit family so occasionally I may send a NZ card to someone. ;-)
