Hello, My name is Gosia. I live in a beautiful city - Wrocław.
Postcrossing is my hobby since October 2014. I have to admit - I'm a true addict. I love to meet new people from all over the world, and that's why I love Postcrossing. Plus it's like traveling just without leaving your home.
I was collecting postcards as a teenager. My grandma sent my first postcard in 1987 when I was just 4 years old (I still have it!).
Then I stopped collecting postcards. Don't know why to be honest. But I'm glad I'm collecting them now.

On 12th August 2023, my husband passed away and my entire world fell apart. It makes me not as active on Postcrossing as I used to be. I need to get through this somehow, even though it's so bloody difficult.

I'm a fan of Formula 1. My favorite driver is Max Verstappen. I wish to go to Red Bull Ring for a race one day :)
I love to discover new places all over the world - maybe you could show me what is worth seeing when I come to a country you live in?
I have two cats (I also feed a stray cat). I'm an animal lover definitely (well, I wouldn't say I like spiders). So please no spiders (and monkeys) on postcards, will be very grateful.
I have a birdfeeder on the balcony (birds are safe from the cats). I love to watch birds coming for their meals :) My favorite birds are Parus major (Great tit) and Aix Galericulata (Mandarin duck).
I love hiking, biking, and traveling (especially by train). Traveling by train gives me loads of time for reading (yeah, I'm a bookworm).
I love unicorns! And glitter! Tons of glitter ❤

Did I mention that I love Christmas cards? But no religious ones, please :) The perfect time to send them is November and December

Honestly, I'm not a fan of self-made, ad cards, cards sent in an envelope, old cards, or cards not sent from the country of origin. Please keep them for someone else. I also prefer cards of a 10x15 cm size :)
