I'm into reading (mainly science-fiction, history, fantasy - not ones where vampires are romantic!, crime, trevel, etc - pretty much anything except romance novels), Bookcrossing, cinema - although don't get there as often as I used to and now seem to be more willing to wait the seemingly ever decreasing time for movies to come out on cable, travel, and, if she asks me, anything my partner Kathie would like me to do!
I like postcards which show something that the sender is proud of about their local town, state, country, history, etc so if you send one like this please mention what you like about it. I've also been collecting stamps for 40+ years, so while not exactly preferred it would be nice if the postcard had a postage stamp on it rather than one of the pre-paid ones, if you know what I mean.
I don't mind if they are homemade ones where people have printed a photo they like and are using that as the postcard either. You get some lovely scenes that way sometimes.
