It was my idea to sign in for postcrossing and I also write the postcards. We both like to read the received postcards.
I live in Aalsmeer, a little village near Amsterdam with a big flowerauction that exports flowers all over the world. There is a big chance that the flowers sold in your country are comming from the Aalsmeer flowerauction.

Herbert lives in Beekbergen. Beekbergen is an even smaller village than Aalsmeer. It is a village near the biggest woods of the Netherlands called 'De Veluwe' and it has a beautiful environment.

The distance between Aalsmeer and Beekbergen is 100 km. We are together for almost 4 years now and we see each other every weekend. When Herbert finished his study Facility Management we are going to live together. I have a job in a bookshop and I really love it!
I loves horseriding, photography , skiing and travelling. I have a dog called Troy. He is half Shiba Inu and half Jack Russel. He can be a little monster for other dogs or strangers but he is very sweet to our family. He can be very funny when he moves his paw in the air because he wants a cookie.

My father is a champion breeder of a special rabbit specie called Thrianta's. The color of this rabbit specie is orange!

Herbert loves soccer, cycle racing, skiing and travelling. He runs an hour every day, he is very sportive. Herbert has a cat named Nikki.

Because Herbert and I both like to travel we try to travel as much as we can. Last winter we went skiing in Austria. This summer we will go to Croatia to the Island Pag. Croatia is one of our favourite countries to spend our vacation. We went to Rovinj two years ago. Last year we went to Lazise in Italy.
We already decided to go to Portugal next year.
