I'm a reference assistant in the public library and a writer, trying to find herself in Buddhism. My degree is in Psychology.

[[As a library employee I am REALLY interested in libraries around the world! Can you please tell me how many books you are allowed to check out at a time from your local library? How long can you keep them? And how much are the fines per day if they are late?(At our library: You can check out 200 books/movies/CDs at a time, keep them for 28 days, and the fines are 5 cents a day up to $1.00 if late!)]]

*BUT* Please send WHATEVER makes you happy! (No, really, I mean it!) If Postcrossing has taught me anything, it's that sometimes it's the cards you DON'T ask for that are the most beautiful. Through Postcrossing I've learned about (and LOVE) Kaj Stenvall, Cursing Hedgehog, and Moomins! (Snufkin is my favorite ^^) There's a whole WORLD out there that I don't know about. Teach me, please!

I love cards others might not.
-I love handmade cards.
-I love old cards from antique stores.
-I love ad cards/free cards/cards made from your own photos.
-I love re-purposed book covers! (Got a book with the cover falling off that you were planning to trash? I'd love to receive the cover!)
-I am in no way offended by male or female nudity or naughty cards.
-I love cards full corner-to-corner with your words.
-I love quotes/lyrics.
-I love doodles/pictures/drawings/stickers.
-I love the scuffs and scratches cards get when they go through the mail system without an envelope.
-At the same time, I don't mind an envelope if that is your preference!

♥ In short: I've NEVER received a card that I didn't like. I even love duplicates!

Ps. I do collect GLBT/LGBT cards in support of my sweet brother-in-law (he's a postcrosser!) and his husband - my family is VERY appreciative of gay-rights themed cards, purchased, second-hand, handmade or something in-between! Thank you in advance.
