I'm 40 years old, and live in Penarth, Wales, which is just outside the capital city of Wales: Cardiff. I'm married (for 15 years), with a son of 9, and a daughter of 4. I'm a secondary school teacher, teaching French at a High School in Cardiff.
I joined postcrossing partly because my son loves to receive mail - he complains that he never gets any, so if you would like to address your postcard to him (Rhydian Thomas), rather than me, then that's fine by me! He loves Star Wars, Doctor Who, Dinosaurs and Volcanoes - he's very interested in anything to do with the natural world.
My daughter has also started taking an interest in postcrossing - she likes to choose the cards that we send, so if you'd like to address your card to her (Mairwen Thomas) she would love it! She likes horses, ballet, pets, pink (!), dolls and teddies.
If you do fancy sending me a card instead, I love all crafts: especially crochet and spinning, and love to get cards of local crafts, or pictures of sheep (real or cartoon).
