I'm a college student living with my partner (and one roommate) in Indianapolis. We have five fishtanks, one cat and two little dogs that always brighten my day.

I enjoy receiving cards that have anything to do with: [in random order]
- Animals native to your area
- Rabbits (especially calligraphy-style) and jackalopes
- Goats
- Koi or goldfish
- Botanical drawings or illustrations (especially textbook or vintage style)
- Nouvelle images
- Indigenous peoples and their culture
- The LGBT community or gay issues (I really adore drag queens)
- Feminism
- Art noveau style
- Political art, especially Banksy
- Pinup girls
- Black and white cards with one bit of colour

My special request right now is for a card featuring the Opossum (Didelphis virginiana) or cards from any of the Charley Harper postcard series.

I'm fine with homemade cards and ad cards, provided they're something you would want to receive yourself. I enjoy receiving cards with nudity even though it sometimes makes my partner blush. :)
I would prefer not to receive folded greeting cards or cards in envelopes, please, but I understand if it's cheaper to send your postcard in an envelope.

And my card preferences are just a guideline - I do this because I love finding something in my mailbox that doesn't say I owe someone more money...

Oh, and please write something on the cards - I'd love to hear about you, your dreams, how your day went, what you see out your window, something funny you overheard, why you think the world is beautiful...you could even tell me a joke. It makes me very happy to learn something when I get my postcards.
