About Carina...

Hello

I am Carina and a mother of two grown up sons, 19 and 21 years old.
I live in the southwest of Sweden in Halmstad, a city by the sea. Known for the long sandy beaches. And also the music popduo Roxette came from here.

I have four cats at the moment, a mother and her kittens(grown up now) that we picked up from a "cathome" in september 2009.

Since almost five years I have a relationship with Michael.

My main hobby is to spend time outdoor taking pictures of the nature.. Now and then I write poems, I collect and love reading books. I enjoy cooking and taking care of my home.Also enjoy needlework of any kind.
I like listening to music of all kind.
Love spend time on fleamarkets and secondhand shops, as I found it relaxing, and now and then do bargins too.

Since May 2010 I am unemployed after 28 years in the same company, the last 6 years I worked in the economy/purchase dept. A work I enjoyed a lot and still miss.

I have had Crohn's disease since I was 16 yrs.

Being home all the time now, I try to fill up my days with meaningfull things.
I have joined postcrossing as I have always been interesting in other cultures and love writing letters, in my youth I had a lot of penpals all over the world.

I have no special wish about the postcard, but prefer cards that show something from your country. Old buildings, churches or just City/town wiews. but anything will do that you find is a beautiful card.
