Dear Postcrossers,
I have a son (25), living abroad, by now. I live with my husband, we have two adorable funny cats. I work on a website dedicated to regional development. I work in Porto- great beautiful city in the north of Portugal. I love people, cities, culture, music, museums, films, seaside and riverside, train travelling, heritage buildings, cooking, learning some vegetarian options. I’ve a small collection of little traditional dolls made of textile; last one just arrived from S. Tomé e Principe. Some of my all times top writers are Saramago, Mia Couto, Agualusa, as well as Orhan Pamuk, Sandor Marai, Coetzee and Zadie Smith, and of course, Emile Zola and all great Russian authors. I love bookshops. The name Carminho is a tribute to my grandmother I lived with, when child. It's really a good feeling and a big happiness to receive all your cards from beautiful cities, parks, landscapes, historic details all over the world. I love reading the messages you send me, in a way I’m travelling in the world, a fantastic journey! Thank you.
