About Olessia...

Hello! Nice to see you :) If you find my profile too long to read, skip it and send any card you like!!! :) Christmas/New Year/any other related holiday cards are great this time of year! ;)

I am a 35 year old Depeche Mode fan from Moscow. Beside Depeche Mode and music in general, I love chocolate, travelling, and the sea. I think I will enjoy postcards about:
music, science fiction, butterflies, husky dogs, art, sea or ocean, view, movies, cartoon, black and white, and even advertising (especially fashion) cards as long as they are funny or creative or mean something to you. Or any other postcard you decide to send - I love surprises ;) Also, if you have a wierd card that you think is cool but you're afraid to send as an official, send it my way )) Or if you have an absolutely fantastic card but you can't send it as an official because it's slightly damaged, or yellowed with time, or your children "improved" it with their drawings, I'd be happy to receive it along with the story how it happened :)

If you don't know what to write, write a few words about yourself, what you like, and maybe a few words in your language. But if you don't feel like writing at all, a simple "greetings from.." is also fine, or even a drawing. I've received several cards with drawings and they were all fantastic! So feel free to release your inner artist. Or glue something like a used cinema ticket to the card, or any other ticket or anything and tell me about what it is. If you have time, maybe you can create a card about your favourite musician/band, or author, or movie, anything that inspires you, and write on the card why you love them. I'd appreciate that, homemade is welcome!

Thank you and happy postcrossing!

P.S. Russian Post is slow, a card can travel up to 30 days, unfortunately. But if it's been more than 30 days since you had sent the card and it's still not registered, please contact me!
and, from my personal experience so far, cards without envelope travel faster!
P.P.S. if you happen to have a depeche mode/martin gore/dave gahan/recoil postcard in any condition, old, torn, stained (of course if you have one in a perfect condition, you don't have to spoil it, perfect is better, but I doubt someone in a sane state of mind would part themselves from such a card ;), and you want to see me jumping, you know what to do ;)

I recently have a problem with my scanner but I have plans of scanning and uploading all received cards :-)
