Hi,

Our grade five/six class is having a blast receiving mail from around the world. The students range in age from 10 to 12 years old. They are having fun learning about various people and places, and the writing of the postcards is a great experience too.

Please send postcards with animals, scenery or nature themes,famous landmarks, or about your local area. Please avoid sending advertising postcards. Homemade cards (if they're cool!) are fine too. Please tell us a little about your postcard!

We live in a small town in southwestern Ontario, about 20 minutes from Lake Huron. Our town is known for having white squirrels. The students in the town typically enjoy sports, especially hockey/ringette, soccer and baseball. They also like to swim. Very few of them have done much traveling or received much mail, so this is very exciting for them!

When responding to our cards, please include the name(s) of the senders. The kids get really excited when it's "their" card we're reading about. Thanks!
