Hi,
my name is Silke, I'm a 36-year-old woman from Germany, and I'm finally back on Postcrossing after a long break due to moving into our new house. Yay!
At the moment my only hobby is finishing our house and garden - we spent 20 months building our dream house ourselves and have now moved in, but still need to get some finishing touches in. Once this is done I'll get back to my "real" hobbies - travelling, reading, cooking and spending time with my friends and families.
My favourite things include good food (I love cooking, so food postcards with pictures of foods or with recipes would be great!), good books, interesting people, things that make me laugh (there are a lot of those!), dogs (very important!), and writing to people when I should be working.
I'm looking forward to your postcards - please tell me something about your life, your home, your country!
