Hello everybody!

We are Anna and Roman, the young family living in St. Petersburg, Russia. In November 1, 2011 our daughter was born! It is the really great joy for us! Her name is Vasilisa. Now she is so tiny! She's wonderful and very understanding girl and she changes so quickly - every day, every minute.

My sister gave us a special present to our daughter's birthday: she collected postcards (by Postcrossing and from different bookshops) on the subject of "Mother and child". Now there are 25 postcards in this collection. And the first our wish is to receive cards with "Mother and child". It can be not only people, but animal's family too. :) And if you have postcard with blue cornflowers, send it! Because we call our daughter "Vasiliok" that in Russian means "cornflower". :)

Also we would like to receive cards with:
- rain, umbrellas or people in the rain (rain is very often in St. Petersburg and we like walking in the rain very much);
- bicycles or people on bicycles (we like to ride our bicycles around our city or to travel around other cities and countries);
- mountains (especially if you live in the mountains, or maybe some mountains are located around your home);
- and of course, buildings, landscapes or different views of your city or your country, it can be famous view or unknown place, just a street, yard, river etc.

And also you can write something in your language with a translation in English. It's interesting to see different letters and especially hieroglyphs. :)
