I'm a European living in the US and I love getting hand-written mail.

If you've got my address and are to send me a postcard I love:

♥ Nouvelles Images with foods or household items.

♥ Children's books illustrations.

I also like:

♥ Single views of nice buildings or scenery in your town/city/country.

However, if you can't find any of the above, don't worry and send me anything you'd like to get yourself.

Also, if possible, I'd like to get the card in an envelope. I never bothered about this before and quite like getting them stamped and all but recently (I'm writing this April'12) many of the great cards I've received are all damaged :(

Anyway, apart from getting mail and writing letters (something that I don't do enough these days), I also love reading, cooking, drinking tea and playing with my young family. But not necessarily in this particular order!
I like travelling, too. Well, actually, what I like is living abroad. It's not always easy having to adapt to a new culture, making friends from scratch and having to learn how everything works in a new place but it's challenging and I like challenges!

When I've got time I like browsing www.anobii.com for new books and to find out what other readers recommend.
I have also recently joined the bookcrossing community at www.bookcrossing.com. And although I have only released a couple of books so far I'm planning on releasing more soon. I want to see where they go!
