I'm a happy-go-lucky Austrian living in Amsterdam. I enjoy connecting people, cycling through Amsterdam, travelling by train and meeting locals, I knit and sew, cut up old clothes to turn them into something new. As a child when I had 9 weeks summer holidays I was always away visiting friends or going on summer camps. One of the only reasons to come home occasionally (and there was nothing wrong with home) was to check whether there was post. Nothing has changed! I just love receiving post!

If you want to do me a favour (but please don't feel obliged) I like postcards with folklore costumes (as an inspiration for sewing) and anything handmade (cut&stick, recycled (news)paper, drawn...) ..
.........and I've just found a new love. Two postcrossers have sent me a postcard which really was a bit of packaging. One was from Geman chocolate, the other one was Russian baby food. I really like things like that! Look in your house, empty your kitchen cupboard and send me anything you think is rubbish. Bettina likes it :-)

Can you put the date on the card and maybe the temperature?
