If you're reading this, chances are that you will be sending me a postcard, so I'll try to introduce myself a little bit. My name is Manfred, I am 28 years old and I live in Salzburg, Austria. I am an avid traveller and my current project is to visit every country of the European Union (I've been to 13 so far and counting). Besides, I am also passionate about photography and athletics.
I am a high school teacher in my home town and I enjoy working with young people. As I am planning on bringing some postcards to class, you are more than welcome to add a little comment for my students. Words of encouragement, personal school memories, or even little jokes about school life - I will be grateful for whatever you would like to share with a bunch of 14-year-olds.
My favorite postcards typically show
- sports stadiums
- NFL or NCAA football
- historic images (I LOVE vintage cards)
- city views (I prefer single-view cards to multi-view ones)
- universities from all around the world
- something that cracks you up and that might put a smile on my face
